Partner with hospitals and specialized fistula centers to ensure affordable or free treatment.

Engage families and communities in sensitization programs to reduce discrimination and promote acceptance.
Organize practical skills training in areas such as tailoring, hairdressing, handicrafts, farming, or other market-relevant trades based on local needs and opportunities.
Equip survivors with business skills like basic bookkeeping, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Livelihood Support and Economic Empowerment
Provide start-up kits, seed capital, or in-kind grants to enable survivors to start small businesses.
Link survivors with microfinance institutions, savings groups, or cooperatives to improve their access to credit and financial services.
Community Sensitization and Advocacy
Conduct community outreach to raise awareness about the causes, prevention, and treatment of obstetric fistula.
Promote maternal health education to reduce new cases by encouraging safe delivery practices.
Monitoring and Follow-Up
Establish a survivor tracking and support system to ensure continued psychosocial and economic assistance.
Regularly assess the well-being and progress of survivors to adapt programs to emerging needs.
